· If  any, what software are you currently using?

· What features of your current software are important to you?

· What are the shortcomings or frustrations of your current software?

· What are the most important needs for your organization in your new software?

   Hardware:

· Do you have a server?

· Do you have a network?  If so, what kind?

· How many computers do you have in your company?

· List the type of computers and the number of each; e.g.  4 PCs,  5 laptops, 1 tablet pc.

· For each; also list:

1.    The operating system (Windows ‘95, 2000, ME, XP or Vista)

2.    The amount of hard drive space

3.    The amount of memory

4.    The processor speed
